Using Xero, Sage or Quickbooks there is a method to suit your business.

One FREE hour initial fact-finding session to see if we would be a good fit, working together. If you are then happy to go ahead, there is an initial fee for checking all previous accounts/banks and software etc is up to date, before proceeding. If there is a back log of paperwork or your accounts do need bringing up to date, I will discuss a timescale and charge with you before going any further.

Charges are then at an hourly rate with a fixed fee being implemented after 3 months of continuous support. This gives us both time to establish the requirements and needs for both parties, ensuring a good working relationship for the future.

Should you require any new accounting software, there will be an additional charge per month for the licence fee.

Payment terms are via BACS or Go Cardless within 14 days of the invoice date.
